S.M.I.L.E. Program

S.M.I.L.E. (Start Making It Livable for Everyone) is a divorce adjustment program that is required in all new divorce cases.  The purpose of the program is to provide you with helpful tools to assist your children in adjusting to the divorce. You must complete the S.M.I.L.E. program prior to finalizing your divorce. Failure to complete the program will result in your divorce being delayed and possible court fines according to your Order.

Program online.  You must submit the certificate of completion to the Friend of the Court by email (foc@saginawcounty.com) after you have watched the video.    SMILE PROGRAM ONLINE 

S.M.I.L.E. is administered through the Westlund Guidance Clinic.  Participants must contact Westlund to register for S.M.I.L.E. and pay the associated $25.00 fee. The Program is offered once a month on Mondays and is a two hour time commitment.
