Marriages
The Magistrate performs marriage ceremonies upon request. Anyone who wishes to be married at the 70th District Court will need to call ahead for an appointment. All required marriage documents from the County Clerk office and two witnesses must be present before the ceremony is performed. There is a $10.00 fee for the service.

Requirements
Three requirements you must bring with you for marriage ceremony:
- A valid state of Michigan Marriage License
- Two witnesses. (Pursuant to statute, witnesses must be 18 years of age or older.)
- A $10.00 fee.
