• Concealed Carry Weapon Permits (Renewal applicants only, must have received a letter with a PIN)

Services Available by Mail Only:

• Certified Copies of DD214's (photocopy of ID must be included in your request)
• Assumed Name Registrations/DBA's (make sure form is notarized)
