This site will allow you to view and purchase Saginaw County online deeds. The transactions occur on a secure server where you will need to enter your credit card information. A $5.00 convenience fee will be assessed for each time you enter the site. An additional $1 will be billed for each page of a deed that is viewed from the online system.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the deeds. Before going any further, please make sure Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer. At Saginaw County we use ©VeriSign technology on our secure server (SSL) to encrypt your information that is transmitted to us. This logic encrypts the data being sent to the server from the browser using high-level encryption technology. Once the data is received it may be required that the data be maintained for a short period of time on our secure server. Encrypting the data means it cannot be viewed in plain text.

What am I purchasing from this web site?

• You are purchasing the right to view a deed(s). After the purchase has been made, links to all the deeds will allow you to view the deeds on your computer. No hardcopy will be mailed to you. Once you end the browser session, your ability to view the deeds will be done.

What information do you need to give us?

• We need to know your name, billing address, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to process your registration and/or purchase and send you a confirmation. The County of Saginaw Register of Deeds is committed to providing you with a safe online experience; we value our customers and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not release or sell the information you provide to us to others.
