Hon. Christopher S. Boyd

District Court Judge since April, 1989. Graduate of Sts. Peter & Paul High School and Wayne State University Law School. Formerly in private practice of law, Saginaw County Prosecuting Attorney, and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Saginaw. Former Chief District Court Judge.

Hon. Terry Clark

Hon. Terry L. Clark

District Court Judge since August, 1990. Saginaw's first African American Judge. Alternate Chief Judge and former Chief District Court Judge. Graduate of Buena Vista High School, University of Michigan and Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

Hon. A.T. Frank

Hon. A.T. Frank

District Court Judge since May 1, 2006. Previously in the private practice of law. Former Member of the Michigan House of Representatives; former Chairman of the Michigan State Tax Commission. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Hon. M. Randall Jurrens

Hon. M. Randall Jurrens

District Judge since 2002, following 23 years in private practice. A graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Detroit Law School; has also served the community as a member of Saginaw City Council and the County Board of Commissioners.

Hon. Kyle Higgs Tarrant

Hon. Kyle Higgs Tarrant

She was first elected District Judge in 1982. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and Wayne State University Law School. She previously served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Saginaw County.

Hon. M.T. Thompson

Hon. M.T. Thompson

District Judge since 1997. Graduate of Saginaw High School, Oakland University and Northeastern University School of Law. Previously employed by the U.S. Attorney's Office, the National Labor Relations Board, a partner in a major Detroit law firm and private practice of law.
